7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) you request it within 7 days of your initial paid subscription purchase; (b) this is your first paid subscription with VersionDesk. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@versiondesk.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. When you cancel: your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next billing cycle; your data remains accessible until the subscription ends; after cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for: subscription renewals after the initial purchase; partial months or unused time on yearly plans after the 7-day guarantee period; accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service; add-ons or one-time purchases (if applicable in future).

5. Yearly Plans

For yearly subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the full yearly amount. After 7 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for yearly plans, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your yearly period.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as technical issues that prevented you from using the Service. Contact us at support@versiondesk.com to discuss your situation.
